It located 14 kilometres south from the port city of Chattogram, Bangladesh. It is near to the mouth of the Karnaphuli River. The beach is very close to the Bangladesh Naval Academy of the Bangladesh Navy and Shah Amanat International Airport

If you want to to chittagong by train from Dhaka. You can travel by Tourist express, Cox’s bazar express, suborno express, turna nishita, mohanagar probati/Ghudhuli. If you want to go by bus, local buses to sea beach are available from several places, including new market, Railway station roar, Bahaddarhat, Lalkhan bazar mor, GEC mor and Chawk Bazar Mor.
